  • Traditional wellness models are built around calming down: stretch, breathe, and be quiet. That’s cute… until you realise it’s completely incompatible with the biology of people whose baseline is sympathetic activation (always on the go).

With over a decade of experience coaching busy professionals and high-performers, Chris blends deep expertise in biomechanics with brilliant banter and a genuinely compassionate lens.

He meets you exactly where you’re at: post-burnout, post-breakup or post-bullsh*t.

His approach is tailored, no cookie-cutter frameworks.

With a commitment to your success, Chris takes a deep dive with assessments to understand how your body moves, and works closely with you to understand your goals, preferences, and limitations. Building with you in a way that suits you perfectly.
