What’s Included

Weekly 1:1 Mentoring

A dedicated space every week for us to catch up, reflect, make sense of what’s happening, and decide where we’re heading next. Some weeks we’ll untangle difficult situations. Some weeks we’ll laugh. Some weeks we’ll celebrate wins you didn’t even notice. Sometimes all of the above.

Daily Support Between Sessions

Life doesn’t wait until your next appointment, and neither should your support. You’ll have private messaging with me throughout the week to share your wins, struggles, random thoughts, the thing you’re overthinking at 10pm, the tiny victory you’re proud of, the difficult moment you don’t want to carry alone. You don’t have to save everything for next week.

📖 Daily Reflections

Instead of trying to remember everything that happened during the week… you’ll simply live your life. I’ll provide daily and weekly reflection tasks that you’ll complete and share with me. I’ll do the rest. What’s getting easier, what’s still hurting, what’s changing, what’s keeping you stuck. It gives us a much richer picture than a single weekly conversation ever could.

Accountability

I’ll notice the wins you brush past. I’ll notice when your life starts to feel heavier. And I’ll be in your corner for both. Imagine messing up… and being met with a smile and hearing “that’s okay, let’s explore what happened”. If you’re struggling, we’ll adjust. Recovery isn’t about getting everything right, it’s often understanding yourself a little better each time.

Nutrition That Supports Recovery

Your mind doesn’t exist separately from your body. We’ll talk about food in a way that supports energy, mood and everyday wellbeing, with zero guilt or perfection. Drawing on my training in nutrition for mental health and trauma recovery, as well as my experience in eating disorder recovery, I’ll help you build simple, realistic habits that nourish both your brain and body. It’s about giving your body what it needs to support the life you’re rebuilding. I believe that to be the unstoppable legend that you are, your organs, hormones and mind need to nourished correctly… because we can’t build a castle on water.

Gym Therapy

Recovery can sometimes feel frustratingly slow… even invisible. Progress is hard to measure. Strength training gives you something different. Something tangible. You become stronger, more confident, more proud of yourself. You connect with your body in a high-intensity way… because we aren’t here for yoga. If you’d like additional support, you’ll also have the opportunity to work with our specialist online personal trainer through Embody Strength. Healing your relationship with your body can be just as important as healing your mind.

Celebrating Tiny Triumphs

One of my favourite parts of this work, we’ll celebrate things most people overlook. The big little wins in ‘one day at a time’. Making breakfast, setting a boundary, asking for help, going to the gym tired, leaving the house, laughing again. Recovery isn’t always one huge breakthrough. It’s built from hundreds of tiny moments that slowly become a life you are proud of.

Overview

  • I bring 10 years od lived experience, knowing full well what worked with practitioners, whahat was helpful and unhelpful, what they missed, what I needed more of, and what I’d not relay to others.

  • I’m trained in counselling, trauma-informed coaching, somatic therapy, understanding addiction, supporting families and friends of addiction, nutrition for mental health and trauma recovery.

  • I have supervision from an addiction therapist with 15 years experience in treatment centers and is also lived experience with addiction

  • I have lived experience of sexual assault, eating dissorder, addiction, medical trauma, sensory loss, psychiatry, and so on.
